How to prepare and cook rabbit

Canada’s food safety guide http://healthycanadians.gc.ca/eating-nutrition/safety-salubrite/cook-temperatures-cuisson-tbl-eng.php   recommends cooking rabbit meat to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
