Artificial Insemination

The “Rabbit Artificial Insemination Resource Guide” was developed by Ontario Rabbit. The guide includes basic reproductive anatomy and physiology, breeding records and management considerations aimed at improving reproductive success. Step-by-step instructions on artificial insemination will also complement future on-farm training opportunities. The goal of the guide is to help producers learn more about the reproductive management options that are available for rabbits so they can start working with their veterinarians on on-farm implementation.
